Where is my machine?
Send us the reference from your confirmation email and your delivery postcode, and we will reply with where your machine is — usually the same working day. Crated machines move on a tail-lift vehicle, so the carrier calls to book a slot before delivery.
What each stage means
Order placed
Payment cleared and your order confirmed with our supplier.
Dispatched
Crated at our supplier's warehouse and handed to the carrier. We email you the carrier reference.
With the carrier
Booked onto a tail-lift vehicle. You get a call to agree a slot.
Delivered
Signed for kerbside. Inspect before signing and note any damage.
